Bishop Meadows is a 64 unit condominium situated on low bluff overlooking the Cummings Park Pond on the west. Soundview Avenue is on the south, Wascussee on the east and Sachem Place and more parkland on the north.

The main entrance is on Soundview Avenue, up a long wooded driveway. The rear entrance runs off Sachem Place.

Bishop Meadows is a residential complex consisting of 27 buildings, housing 64 units on a bit more than five and a half acres. Units include:

  • 18 free standing units, generally three-bedrooms, three stories, approx. 2,100 square feet in total, two with garages.
  • 34 attached townhouse units, generally two bedrooms, three stories, approx. 1,800 square feet, eight with private garages.
  • 12 apartment units housed in a single building with three separate entrances, including six duplex units and six one-bedroom units with a separate storage/laundry room.

All of the units, but one, have decks. (That one unit opens onto a private garden area.) All units, but the six one bedroom/storeroom units open onto grassy areas.

Each unit at Bishop Meadows is assigned one reserved space or includes a private garage. There are 47 reserved spaces and 55 visitor spots throughout the complex.

In addition to a considerable amount of green space devoted to lawns and plantings, there is a Clubhouse (the original farmhouse) and a 60 x 25 foot swimming pool.
